There are many different tools and techniques that are helpful to the healing process. Learn more about what I offer and what may be incorporated into your session.
Intuitive
Readings
A grounded session offering intuitive insight and, when appropriate, messages from loved ones in spirit. Readings focus on clarity, perspective, and emotional support around what you’re currently navigating. Each session unfolds naturally and is guided by what comes through in the moment.
Energy Work
As a certified Reiki Master and Crystalline Consciousness Technique (CTT) practitioner, Jen-L pulls in frequencies and facilitates a container for energy work. Crystals and sacred geometry may also be used in your session.
Sound Healing
The use of singing bowls, chimes, and tuning forks around and on the body to entrain and harmonize the cells in the body, clear and unblock meridians and chakras. Sound coupled, with intention, is sent to the area of focus can initiate healing and resolution.
Massage
A variety of massage types including: Thai, Swedish, Deep-Tissue, and Trigger-Point techniques.
Hot Stones + Towels
Hot stones and towels can be therapeutic, grounding, relaxing, and comforting. Heat stimulates blood circulation promoting healing. It can also remove lactic acid build-up from overtaxed muscles.
Aromatherapy
Therapeutic grade essential oils are customized for each session. Oils chosen intuitively depending on the individuals' needs.
